Cycling Plans
We offer Cycling Plans as well as Cycling Packs. Cycling Plans are 8 weeks long and built to target specific fitness goals, such as improving leg strength on the bike or improving your cycling power output. We recommend the Strength Boost Plan during either the off-season or early in your base training. The FTP Boost Plan can be used throughout the year and is best during times when you are trying to improve your Functional Threshold Power.
Cycling Packs are not a training plan. These are workouts designed to target different physiological systems. There are six different workouts in each pack. You can save these to your Training Peaks library and use them to supplement your training. Currently we offer a VO2 max pack and Lactate Threshold pack. This is a low cost option that allows you to add variety to your training while knowing you’re getting a workout designed to target these systems.
