Physical Therapy

You’ll receive one on one attention during your entire physical therapy appointment.  During the first visit, we’ll cover a variety of questions, perform various movements and tests, and create a treatment plan to meet your specific needs and goals.

Carrie is a physical therapist and also has extensive training and education in exercise physiology, manual therapy techniques, coaching, and meditation teaching and can utilize these as part of your treatment plan.  Her unique background, experiences, and collaborative approach can help you get to the root cause of your pain to understand it and work through it from the source.

Depending on your goals, your treatment plan may include exercise prescription, manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, meditation instruction, and/or training plan creation.  Each client will receive video instructions on how to perform the home exercise program.
