Coaching Packages

 

All of our Coaching Packages and Customized Training Plans include personalized daily workouts designed with your goals, current fitness, and training availability in mind.  We have worked with triathletes, runners, cyclists, and other endurance athletes preparing for a race or event and also with individuals looking for structured training to improve their health and fitness.  We also offer pre-built sport specific Training Plans that can be purchased via Training Peaks.

Performance and Return to Sport Coaching Options

 

Our Performance and Return to Sport Coaching Options provide ongoing review of your training, schedule adjustments, and communication with your coach.  Your ongoing coach communication with Carrie will allow for even more fine tuning of your training.  She combines her experience and eye as a physical therapist as well as background in coaching and exercise physiology as she helps you work towards your goals.  All of our coaching options include an initial Movement Assessment to help establish the strength and mobility components of your plan.

Return to Sport Coaching is designed for athletes who are either returning to sport after an injury and have been medically cleared for training or those who have a history of injuries with training and want to reduce the risk of re-injury.  The primary difference between this and Performance Coaching is that your goals will be based more on moving well, symmetry, strength/flexibility, and a gradual increase in training load versus training to build up for a specific event.  You and Carrie will discuss and set these goals at the onset of training.

Performance Coaching is designed for those training for a specific race, event, or fitness goal.  Your coach will monitor your training and provide regular feedback and adjustments.  The ongoing communication allows you the chance to discuss your training, nutrition, race prep, and any other questions that arise during your training.

  • Initial review of training history, availability, and goals

  • Online Movement Assessment

  • Initial 30 min Zoom call review of assessment and Annual Training Plan (big picture overview of your training season)

  • Daily workouts built out in Training Peaks
  • Custom training plan with weekly adjustments as needed

  • Video instruction for all exercises

  • 2x/week review of your training files
  • Up to 60 minutes per month of phone and/or video communication with your coach

  • Email and text support

Start Up Fee: $150

Monthly Price:  $300
