Custom Training Plans

 

All of our Customized Training Plans and Coaching Packages include personalized daily workouts designed with your goals, current fitness, and training availability in mind.  We have worked with triathletes, runners, cyclists, and other endurance athletes preparing for a race or event and also with individuals looking for structured training to improve their health and fitness.

 

Custom Training Plan Options

 

We offer Performance Training Plans for those with triathlon, running, cycling, or other endurance or fitness goals.  These plans include all aspects of training and are designed to help you be at your best fitness on race day.  For those who are looking for a personalized strength and mobility plan as a stand alone or addition to a current training plan we also offer Strength and Mobility Plans.

All customized training plans are designed personally by Carrie.  She uses her years of experience treating endurance athletes as a physical therapist along with her years of experience coaching endurance athletes to provide a comprehensive training experience.  Your plan will include detailed daily instructions, video explanations of drills and exercises, and coach email support so you can be at your best on race day.  Each plan will also include an initial Movement Assessment to help create the Strength and Mobility portion of your plan.

Strength and Mobility Training Plans

 

Includes:

  • Review of training history, availability, and goals

  • Online Movement Assessment

  • 12 week personalized strength and mobility plan based on your current fitness and goals

  • Daily workouts built out in Training Peaks
  • Video instruction for all exercises

  • 30 min Zoom call review of assessment and plan

  • Up to 4x/month email support during your training

Price:  $250

In Person Option (perform assessment and review exercises live with Carrie instead of online submission and Zoom call)  $300

Performance Training Plans

 

Includes:

  • Everything in the Strength and Mobility Plans

  • Cardio training based on your goals (triathlon, running, cycling, fitness, etc)

  • Annual Training Plan (big picture overview of how we’ll approach your race/event goals)

  • Instructions on how to set up and use your training zones

  • Up to 4x/month email support during your training

Price:  $300

In Person Option (perform assessment and review exercises live with Carrie instead of online submission and Zoom call)  $350
